    The French American Bakery is Singapore's strongest halal viennoiserie operation — MUIS-certified, opened on Haji Lane in 2021 by pastry chef Aishah and her husband, now with outlets at Haji Lane, Takashimaya, and Hillion Mall. The signature is the cruffin (a croissant-muffin hybrid filled with rich custard), with the caramelised kouign-amann and viral Toasted Marshmallow Hot Chocolate close behind.
